EDM #182 -Our Truck Sue

We call our truck Sue after the dinosaur in the Chicago Field Museum. She is a Ford F350 crew cab long bed.; twenty-one feet of power. I chose an angle I felt made her look sort of in your face. I will probably try for another one of the side view. The first one ran off the paper :)

Your rendition has lots of character...seems your truck is loved by you and your family. Nicely done.

way to go Sharon! love the angle on Sue. So is the license plate for real? :) I know you said it's for the dino but my brain started hearing the old song "A Boy Named Sue"

Wonderful - I love the 'in your face' viewpoint. It somehow adds to the macho look of the truck. I haven't had the courage to try this theme yet. Well done. x

Awesome truck sketch, and I name all vehicles too - we have a Bertha, Sadie, Willie and a Bean!

Great truck. Yep, she's in my face! I named my first car (a used 1950 pea green pontiac) Helga.
Sue looks nicer.

Sue looks great! Great angle. I'll look forward to seeing the side view.

Running off the paper . . . I do that quite a bit. ;-D

My daughter always says that the fronts of cars and trucks look like faces. I think she's right! Sue is certainly smiling and looking tough for the portrait! (...and as a 350, I'm sure she has the power to back it up! :-D)

Wonderful illustration - full of character! I love your work!
